The principle is to carry out the grading and then cook with a cashew cooker to create a space between the shell and the nuts, which is convenient for the next step of shelling.

How to use the cooker

1. 检查电压并确保电压相同。
2. 必须安装漏电保护开关，并且腰果烹饪机必须连接到正确的保护接地线。严禁将其与水管或燃气管道连接。
3. 在将水进水口连接好后，将盘子放入机器中加热30分钟。
4. 可以使用电加热或外部蒸汽，但不能同时使用两者。
5. 食物煮熟后，关闭电源或蒸汽阀。当您从机器中取出食物时，请注意不要站在对面。慢慢打开门，戴上手套从机器中取出食物。
6. 这款腰果烹饪机是一个高压密闭容器，从溢出缝隙中漏出一点蒸汽是正常现象。

Precautions of  Cashew Cooking Machine

1. 电加热和外部输入蒸汽不能同时工作！外部压力不得超过使用要求。
2. 5% citric acid solution can be injected into the water tank to remove the scale.
3. 每次工作后，蒸汽柜的电源必须切断。当蒸汽加热工作完成后，应关闭主蒸汽进口阀。
4. 如果机器出现故障，请勿自行拆卸。请专业电气维修人员进行修理。
